Martin I. Berger is a seasoned Miami trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and insurance-related litigation throughout Florida.
As a partner at Berger & Hicks, P.A., Mr. Berger focuses on protecting clients whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries, medical negligence, unsafe property conditions, and disputes with insurance companies.
He understands that meaningful results do not come from shortcuts. They come from careful preparation, direct client communication, and a willingness to take cases to court when necessary.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Berger has tried cases in courts throughout Florida and has obtained combined verdicts in the millions of dollars for his clients. His trial experience and reputation give clients confidence that their case is being handled by an attorney who knows how to prepare for litigation, not simply process claims.
